Yako Combat
What is Yako Combat?
- A choreographed or pre-choreographed non-contact group class inspired by the martial arts.
- The whole body is put to the test: abdominal muscles, legs, arms, back, shoulders… nothing is spared!
- Movements specific to combat sports: intense, varied and dynamic (punches, kicks, etc.).

What is Yako Combat?
- Accessible to all, regardless of gender, age, weight or sporting ability.
- For beginners: Various options are available throughout the session.
