What is Yako Combat?

  • A choreographed or pre-choreographed non-contact group class inspired by the martial arts.
  • The whole body is put to the test: abdominal muscles, legs, arms, back, shoulders… nothing is spared!
  • Movements specific to combat sports: intense, varied and dynamic (punches, kicks, etc.).
