What is Yako Pilates?

Yako Pilates is a class that meets 3 current needs:

Pilates is a discipline based on muscle-strengthening exercises that rely on awareness of posture, breathing and the involvement of the deep abdominal muscles. Whether you’re 20, 40 or 75, athletic or not, Pilates is accessible to everyone.
