What’s Yako Challenge?

Who's it for?

Accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, age, weight, or sporting ability.

  • For beginners: individual attention is given to each person - the coach is on hand to offer as much advice as possible and adapt the intensity to each person's abilities and objectives (options are always available).
  • For the experienced: it's the quest for performance, intensity, complexity, and strength.
