Passionate about handball, Lucas turned to coaching his club’s teams. Quickly proving to be a good teacher and a good listener, he developed a taste for coaching, took up weight training and discovered the pleasure of surpassing himself every day.
In 2018, he decided to combine skills and passion, and turned to the profession of sports coach to help people achieve their goals.
In 2024, a new challenge motivates him and he joins the Yako Yoga team as an elite.
