Yako classes offer a wide choice of activities: you can work on cardio and/or renfo and/or well-being.

For the same objective, you can find several classes that correspond to what you’re looking for, with more or less intensity.

Class content is renewed every 2 months, so there’s plenty of time to evolve, while avoiding fatigue.

My favorite of all the Yako concepts is Yako Up. It combines cardio, renfo and coordination with reduced impact!
